Our approach to sustainability looks different than the typical fashion brand. While environmental responsibility is an important piece of our brand, we believe sustainability must also prioritize human health.
The purpose of Isla & Saige has always been to create beautiful, timeless clothing that cares for health as much as the planet. This is not a trend to us or a marketing claim—it’s our commitment to creating clean, health‑conscious clothing through intentional design, responsible sourcing, and ethical production.
At Isla & Saige, clean fashion means clothing that's crafted from natural materials and designed with attention to how it impacts the body, not just the environment.
We believe the most sustainable garment is one that is loved, worn often, and kept for years. Our approach centers on timeless design, natural fibers, and small‑batch production, so every piece we make has purpose beyond a single season.

Why Health Comes First

Clothing is in constant contact with our skin, yet its impact on health is often overlooked. From fiber selection to finishing processes, what we wear matters.

Every decision is made with the consideration of its impact on human health. Starting from the very beginning of our supply chain through to the finished garment that lives in your closet and on your skin. We prioritize natural fibers, minimizing unnecessary chemical treatments, and focusing our efforts on clothing that supports everyday comfort and long‑term wearability.

Materials

Materials and natural fibers are the core of our brand. Our materials are chosen for their durability, breathability, and lower environmental impact.

Natural fibers biodegrade over time, age beautifully, and don't require extensive chemical processes to make. They also allow us to create garments free from unnecessary chemical treatments often found in synthetic fabrics.

Ethical Production

Overproduction is one of the fashion industry’s largest contributors to waste. At Isla & Saige, we intentionally produce in small quantities to match our demand. We partner with trusted production partners who share our commitment to ethical labor practices and quality craftsmanship.

Social Impact

As a brand, we choose to donate 10% of sales to help people in meaningful ways. Currently, that 10% is going to Agape International Missions, an organization dedicated to preventing human trafficking and restoring survivors through safe housing, education, and long‑term support.

This partnership reflects our belief that businesses have an opportunity and should play a role in supporting vulnerable communities.

Sustainability is an ever-evolving journey. While no brand is perfect, we are committed to our long-term vision of being built on responsibility, honesty, and longevity.  As we grow, we will continue refining our materials, production methods, and impact initiatives.
