What Is Your Return Policy?

If, in the U.S. and within 30 days of delivery, you decide that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we welcome returns. Full-priced item may be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. To initiate a return, simply ensure that the items are in their original condition, with tags attached. Please note that returns initiated after the 30-day window will regrettably not be accepted.

My Order Is Returned, When Will I Be Refunded?

Once delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once processed you will be notified by the email used to place your order.

What If I Need To Exchange For A Different Size or Color?

If you adore your piece but require a different size or color, click HERE to start your exchange.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders are shipped through [Carrier] from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Any orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, made between Monday and Saturday after 2 pm PST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Kindly allow 1-3 business days for order processing and shipment. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Sundays or U.S. holidays, and expedited shipping does not guarantee Saturday delivery. 

What If I Receive A Damaged Item?

At Isla & Saige, we are proud of the craftsmanship and quality of our products, and hope you never receive an item damaged. If this does indeed happen please reach out to our customer service team at hello@islaandsaige.com so we can make it right.

Note that every item comes with a warranty. Check our warranty policy to determine if it applies to your purchase.

We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.
